Itunes question....????

ok so i had a whole crap load of music on my old laptop...and i set up my itunes acct on that computer so it could play the music and wat not...well now i have a new laptop...all my music is still on there....is there anyway of getting them off there without burning a disk or can i just take them from my itouch...and is there anyway i can change the authorization to play the music and wat not from just the old comp to just the new comp(or both) with out logging into the old one...(it doesnt work that well anymore)(which is y i got a new one)....if u have any further question or need further exlaination email me...tazzz898989@yahoo.com
