Do you believe the Bush administration when they say that their administration does not torture?

Trust me when I tell you that the US has tortured since WWII and probably before that. Every president has been aware of it too. Even if there's a bill signed and it's made "illegal", things will still be done behind closed doors. To think otherwise is naive.
