I only go dancing like once a week and the rest of my excercise is the normal walking/moving done in white collar job. I don't do much after except hang around the house so I am not in the best shape. Can I just try to get some good excercise in in the next few days. Cardio and Muscle? Which will help lose more wieght? Do aerobics burn a lot of fat? What ration of cardio to muscle building should I do?
